miSocial - Disclaimer

1. Member Content

miSocial is a platform for content created by its members. Posts, comments, images, videos, stories, reviews, ratings and other material shared on the platform reflect the views of the members who created them, not skunkworx. We do not check member content in advance, and we do not endorse it or guarantee that it is accurate, complete or reliable. See our Terms of Use for how content is handled, and use the report options on the platform if you see something that breaks them.

2. No Professional Advice

Content on miSocial, including health, fitness, nutrition, relationship, financial and money content in any of our apps, is for general information and entertainment only. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, tax or other professional advice. Always talk to a qualified professional before making decisions based on anything you see on the platform. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact your local emergency services.

3. Meeting Other Members

We do not run criminal background checks or verify the identity of members. Be careful when sharing personal information or meeting someone you met on miSocial: meet in a public place and tell a friend where you will be. You are responsible for your own interactions with other members.

4. Games, Rewards and Credits

Games, contests, points, rewards and credits on miSocial are for entertainment only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, and nothing on the platform is gambling.

5. Third-Party Links and Content

The platform may contain links to, or embedded content from, websites and services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

6. "As Is" Basis

miSocial is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, as further described in our Terms of Use.
